• Creating and managing your secure account.
• Displaying battery information and maintenance status.
• Processing and tracking technical support tickets.

3. Data Sharing

We share information only as follows:

• Distributors: Can see details and tickets only for the specific batteries manually assigned to them by the company.
• Security: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You may update your profile information at any time within the App settings. For account deletion or data inquiries, please contact our support team.
